A Thank You From Deacon Mickey Friesen
Deacon Mickey Friesen, Director of the Center for Mission of the Archdiocese has sent a ‘thank you’ to our parish for “…welcoming and supporting the missionary group that came to your parish recently under the Missionary Cooperation Plan of the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis. Each year we participate in this face-to-face encounter with the efforts of one missionary organization so that we might personally share in the story of the Good News of Christ being proclaimed in one part of the world. Your effort continues the tradition going back to St. Paul who gathered assistance for the Church in Jerusalem as an act of communion and encouragement within the Body of Christ.”
